  • Western Union (باتفاق مسبق فقط)

  • التحويل البنكي (بنك البركة – مصر / بنك السلام – البحرين)
جميع المدفوعات تتم عبر قنوات آمنة ومشفرة.

للدفع باستخدام PayPal :
  1. إرسال طلب دفع إلى البريد الإلكتروني:

  2. سيتم إرسال رابط دفع آمن إلى بريدك الإلكتروني.
  3. يتم إتمام عملية الدفع عبر الرابط المرسل.

تأكيد الحجز

  • يشترط سداد كامل الرسوم قبل تأكيد الموعد.
  • يتم تثبيت المواعيد فقط بعد التحقق من الدفع.
  • الاستشارات العاجلة تتطلب الدفع الفوري عند الحجز.

سياسة الإلغاء وإعادة الجدولة

  • يمكن إعادة جدولة الجلسة مع إشعار قبل 24 ساعة على الأقل.
  • الإلغاء قبل أقل من 24 ساعة غير قابل للاسترداد.
  • عدم الحضور دون إشعار مسبق يُحتسب بقيمة الجلسة كاملة.

  • PayPal (link sent via email upon request)
  • Western Union (upon prior arrangement only)
  • InstaPay
  • Bank transfer (Al Baraka Bank – Egypt / Al Salam Bank – Bahrain)
All payments are processed through secure and encrypted channels.

PayPal Payment Instructions

To pay via PayPal:
  1. Send a payment request to: info@dr-saraclinic.com
  2. A secure PayPal payment link will be sent to your email.
  3. Complete the payment using the secure link provided.
Appointments are confirmed only after payment has been received and verified.

To pay using Al Salam Bank:

Booking Confirmation

  • Full payment is required prior to session confirmation.
  • Appointments are secured only after payment verification.
  • Urgent same-day consultations require immediate payment upon booking.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable.
  • Missed appointments without prior notice are charged in full.
